HEVEN Residence is set in the beach town of Zipolite, on the southern coast of Oaxaca, Mexico. It’s a short drive from the nearest airports, Huatulco (HUX) and Puerto Escondido (PXM). Huatulco Airport (HUX) is located about 43 kilometers from Zipolite. The drive takes about 1 hour by taxi. The cost of a taxi from Huatulco Airport to Zipolite is around $1,000 MXN to $1,300 MXN. Puerto Escondido Airport (PXM) is located about 60 kilometers from Zipolite. By taxi takes about 75 min and the cost is around $1,000 MXN. In addition to taxis, there are also colectivo vans that can take you from the airports to Zipolite. Colectivos are a cheaper option, but they can be more crowded and take longer.
Tip: Walking outside the airports will get you a cheaper rate. Taxi cabs will be lined out to provide service. Bargain or negotiate.
From Zipolite’s entrance, drive towards Mazunte, after you pass the town’s elementary school, drive for 300 meters, make a left turn just before two big electricity poles, and follow the two Heven signs until the road stops.

To get to HEVEN Residence from Zipolite downtown or the beach, walk all the way to the west side of Zipolite. You can walk along the Malecon, formerly known as El Adoquin, which is a long, paved walkway that runs along the beach.
Once you reach the Little Piazza in front of La Mezcaleria, Hotel Noga and Hotel Lo cosmico, turn right onto Las Casitas Street. You will find a long set of stairs going up the hill. Walk up the stairs and follow the path until you get to the end of the corridor. You are here!
